These new fuel dialysis systems will be part of our new featured systems at the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, and you will have the opportunity to see them in person, and ask our fuel experts about them. The new SMART FPS FX models replaced the older FPS-500 fuel polishing systems, and AXI Engineering added a few upgrades. The SMART FPS-FX includes a fully programmable controller for automated operation with four unique alarm features, corrosion-resistant back plate and drip tray, leak detection, AXI’s proprietary Watect 550 water-in-fuel alarm sensor module, and are available with Racor or Separ primary water separator filters. These systems are DC powered with either 12V or 24V versions and like the previous FPS-500 series fuel polisher have a flow rate of 150 GPH.

Algae-X (AXI) wanted to thank all who attended the Exponautica 2010 in Panama this past weekend. It was a great show in one of the most beautiful locals we have been privileged to visit, and we had a great time sharing our expertise in Optimal Fuel Quality. It was great to be able to tell so many about fuel filtration, water in fuel separation, fuel conditioning techniques, and show off our fuel systems. We should be posting pictures of the event later in the week on our tweet feed.
Tomorrow the Atlantic City International Power Boat Show will start in Atlantic City. We will have systems on display there at booth 119, so stop by if you are in the area and want to know how to keep your diesel fuel dry, clean, and bright. Algae-X International (AXI) will be attending the inaugural Exponautica boat show in Panama January 30th and January 31st with DES Marine & Diesel Engines.
Exponáutica 2010 (1st Panama Boat Show) will be held at Brisas de Amador Perico Island, Panama City, with over 3,000 square meters of exhibition on 29, 30 and 31 January 2010.

The Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show is just around the corner, and I thought of giving you a sneak peek at some of our top Fuel Management Systems that are being packed for display at the show. The FPS Fuel Polishing & Transfer Systems are going to be featured prominently at the show seeing as their compact design is suitable for keeping fuel onboard polished in cramped engine spaces.
The FPS-SX & MX Fuel Polsihing & Transfer System
The FPS SX Fuel Polishing & Transfer System is equipped with a three (or optionally four) stage water removal and particulate filtration. They reverse fuel deterioration, polymerization to submicron levels, decontaminating, cleaning and stabilizing your fuel. The FPS SX-R Fuel Polishing & Transfer System is equipped with the same three or four stage water removal and particulate filtration, but instead of a Separ water filter, the SX-R one is a Racor water filter & separator.
The FPS MX Fuel Polishing & Transfer System is equipped with three or four stage water removal and particulate filtration, and offers up to 250 GPH. This system reverses fuel deterioration, submicron level polymerization, decontaminates and cleans all the stored fuel onboard with a slightly larger footprint than the FPS-SX.
The FPS-DX-LD Fuel Polishing & Transfer System
The SMART FPS-DX-LD is the premier automated fuel polishing and transfer system in the DX line. Weighing only 20 Lbs, this system is uniquely suited to guaranty the reliability of engines onboard marine vessels, as well as, generators and pump stations that operate in remote and unmanned locations. They are very compact, easily fitting into tight engine room spaces and are ideal for installation inside generator enclosures while performing at 80 GPH.
